I made this recipe for dinner the other night, and I’ve got to say that it may be my new favorite way to cook spinach EVAR.
I don’t generally care for spinach unless it’s in a salad, preferably slathered with some dressing, or creamed and served with schnitzel. That this recipe is WICKED easy and very tasty works in its favor. In fact, I liked it so much that I made it for dinner TWICE in the last week. I made it with the pork chops and then last night I made it with fried chicken. So. Good.
