Esurance commercial

Whenever there’s a number to call for a business I’m super-disappointed and thinking “DUDE, WHY IS THERE NOT A WEBLINK. I don’t want to talk to ANYONE.”

Related: noticing a larger number of commercials on NPR that feature an email address rather than phone number. Awesome.

    I’m the same way. I never liked the telephone much, even as a teenager. I prefer to email pretty much everyone. Working night shift and not being able to phone people during normal business hours has made me even worse. Facebook me, tweet me, email me, anything but the phone.

    On the other hand, this habit really does help my appeal for an Android phone. lol
